Environment Group:
- The "Beep" selection tells
WebSnacher IE to play your system's "alert" sound when the
files that you have selected have downloaded.
- "Attempt to determine file
sizes" instructs WebSnatcher IE to query file sizes for the
current document's links. Most file sizes can be determined;
ones that cannot be determined are denoted with "Unknown".
Files Group:
- Selecting "Reindex links"
will cause WebSnatcher IE to update the current document's links to
reflect your download folder. This way, a document's links will
remain intact and you can browse the website offline. You should
only use this option for this express purpose - it should be turned
off at all other times. For this reason, this selection does not
persist from session to session. You must reselect "Reindex"
each time you restart Internet Explorer. Also, realize that the
only links that are updated are the current document's
links. WebSnatcher IE cannot anticipate how you want to handle
links further than one link away.
- Identical files group (Note:
these buttons don't apply when "Reindex" is checked)
- "Overwrite"
causes WebSnatcher IE to overwrite files with identical names.
Newer files will replace older ones.
- "Sequence"
instructs WebSnatcher IE to append a number to identical file names
to distinguish them. Example: graphic1.jpg,
graphic2.jpg,
etc.
- "Ignore"
tells WebSnatcher IE to not save a file that already exists in the
current download folder. If a file is ignored, the
"ignore" icon will appear next to it:

Download folder button
